Clement
Group Managing Director & CEO
Since founding Finexus Group in 2000, as CEO, Clement Loh has redefined Malaysia's financial technology industry, establishing Finexus as Malaysia's leading SaaS technology company and cloud banking provider. He pioneered regulatory reporting solutions and built the gateways connecting banks to national payment and credit systems, including Real-time Electronic Transfer of Funds and Securities (RENTAS), Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS), DuitNow, and major credit reporting agencies (CRAs), creating a secure and trusted national financial ecosystem.
By 2016, he expanded Finexus into enterprise technology, launching Tier III data centres in Malaysia certified under PCI-DSS L1 and compliant with BNM's RMiT framework. He also introduced SaaS solutions for card processing, payments, e-commerce, ATM switching, and 3DS, empowering banks to accelerate their digital transformation.
Since 2021, Clement has driven industry innovation with e-wallets, cards, and payments, operating under E-money, Visa, Mastercard, DuitNow, and Alipay+ licences. In 2023, he unveiled Finexus Cloud, delivering end-to-end SaaS for regulatory reporting, payments, card management, and e-invoicing, solidifying his role as a visionary leader shaping Malaysia’s and the region’s digital finance future.
Joanne
Director of Strategy & Transformation
Joanne Loh leads strategy, transformation, and business development at Finexus Group. Since joining in 2023, she has driven automation and digitalisation initiatives across the organisation and led the strategic repositioning of Finexus's product offerings for scale across ASEAN.
Prior to Finexus, Joanne was a Tech Lead at Meta architecting scalable ad-tech infrastructure across Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram. She bridged engineering execution with commercial outcomes, optimising advertiser tools that contributed to billions in annual revenue and improving return on ad spend for businesses globally. Earlier at Mastercard, she built payment solutions across mobile and e-commerce.
Her combination of technical depth and commercial instinct informs how she approaches product strategy and organisational transformation at Finexus. She holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research & Computer Science from Columbia University in New York.


Dhruv Purushottam
Director of Technology
Dhruv Purushottam leads technology at Finexus Group, overseeing Engineering and Infrastructure. His focus is on R&D for new product development, AI and machine learning, platform engineering, test automation, and the modernisation of legacy systems. Since joining in 2023, he has built and scaled engineering teams, established modern DevOps practices across the organisation, and laid the technical foundations for Finexus's SaaS expansion across ASEAN. He also leads talent acquisition and development for the technology function.
Prior to Finexus, Dhruv spent three years at Abnormal AI, where he founded and built the Data Platform team from the ground up, growing the team and scaling it across real-time and batch data systems to support the company's rapid growth. He also led vendor negotiations and helped define hiring standards that shaped the broader engineering organisation. Before that, at Palantir Technologies, he held roles in Forward Deployed teams as a Tech Lead and developer across the Foundry platform, delivering enterprise solutions directly to commercial clients across the globe.
Dhruv holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Mathematics from Columbia University in New York.
Jane Loo Chee Yuen
Chief Financial Officer
Jane Loo is the Chief Financial Officer of Finexus Group, having joined the Group in January 2023. She oversees the Finance and Accounts functions and is responsible for strengthening financial governance, reporting discipline, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Since joining Finexus, she has modernised finance operations through process automation and accounting system migration, while enhancing the Group’s compliance posture across corporate governance, tax regulations, and Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards.
Jane brings more than a decade of senior finance leadership experience across Malaysia’s public markets. Prior to joining Finexus, she held key finance roles supporting the CFO at two Main Market-listed groups in the property and oil and gas infrastructure sectors. She also spent eight years in Group Finance Reporting at a major government-linked company, where she led a group-wide reporting system migration in 2013.
Jane holds a degree in Accountancy from the University of Malaya. She has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2005. In 2020, she passed the CIMA professional examination and is progressing towards the CGMA designation.


Ng Kim Wui
Director of Regulatory Payments
Ng Kim Wui is the Director of Regulatory Payments and Oversight Solutions at Finexus Group, where he oversees the company’s portfolio of regulatory payment, settlement, and financial market solutions. His responsibilities span large-value payment and settlement services, retail payment systems, foreign remittance solutions, cheque processing platforms, and systems supporting mission-critical operations within the central bank of Malaysia. He has been with Finexus since the company’s founding in 2000, playing a key role in implementing mission-critical financial infrastructure solutions.
With over two decades of experience in financial technology, Kim Wui has worked with leading banking and financial institutions in implementing and integrating financial infrastructure solutions with their core systems, connecting them to national payment and settlement networks, regulatory platforms, and global financial messaging infrastructures. He has led major payment modernisation initiatives, including ISO 20022 adoption, SWIFT connectivity, foreign exchange systems, and other strategic financial infrastructure programmes, contributing to the advancement of payment ecosystems across Malaysia and the region.
Kim Wui’s career progression from engineer to solution architect to director reflects a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and industry insight. Today, he leads teams responsible for delivering and supporting critical financial infrastructure systems across Malaysia and ASEAN, helping to advance the resilience, efficiency, and modernisation of the region’s financial ecosystem. He holds a Bachelor of Business Computing from the University of Southern Queensland.
