Clement
Group Managing Director & CEO
Since founding FINEXUS Group in 2000, Clement Loh has redefined Malaysia’s financial technology landscape, pioneering regulatory reporting solutions and building gateways connecting banks to RENTAS, CCRIS, DuitNow, IBG, E-SPICK, NSRS, ESS, and major credit agencies — creating a secure, trusted national financial ecosystem.
By 2016, he expanded FINEXUS into enterprise technology, launching Tier III, PCI DSS, and RMiT data centres and SaaS solutions powering cards, payments, e-commerce, ATM switching, and 3D Secure, enabling banks to embrace digital transformation.
From 2021, Clement drove fintech innovation with e-wallets, cards, and payments licensed by E-money, Visa, Mastercard, DuitNow, and Alipay+. In 2023, he unveiled FINEXUS Cloud, delivering end-to-end SaaS for regulatory reporting, payments, card management, and e-invoicing, solidifying his role as a visionary leader shaping Malaysia’s and the region’s digital finance future.
Joanne
Director of Strategy & Transformation
Joanne Loh has driven FINEXUS Group’s automation and digital transformation since 2023 — streamlining operations, boosting productivity, and reducing costs through modern, scalable technologies. Her initiatives have opened new revenue streams, strengthened market position, and ensured FINEXUS remains agile, innovative, and growth-ready.
Previously at Meta (2019–2023), she led the Business Messaging Monetisation team across Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram, directing strategy for ad products generating over $6 billion USD annually with her broader team, scaling zero-to-one solutions, and designing high-performance data pipelines serving millions of businesses and customers.
At Mastercard (2016–2018), Joanne developed software features for the Masterpass platform impacting 100+ million users, led API improvements, pioneered CI/CD automation, implemented next-gen fraud prevention, and drove cross-department innovation resulting in three patents. Her fintech and digital expertise enables transformative strategic impact at FINEXUS.


Dhruv Purushottam
Director of Technology
Dhruv Purushottam has spearheaded FINEXUS Group’s technology strategy in 2023, driving R&D for new products, modernising legacy systems, and advancing AI and machine learning initiatives, test automation, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering. His adoption of CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes has boosted developer productivity and delivered scalable, secure, future-ready solutions that accelerate growth.
At Abnormal AI (2020–2023), Dhruv founded and led the Data Platform team, building real-time data systems and high-performance batch platforms. He optimised infrastructure to handle 20x traffic growth, scaled monitoring systems while maintaining 99.95% uptime, and implemented stability and scalability initiatives that reduced operational burden by 70%.
Earlier, at Palantir Technologies (2016–2019), he delivered mission-critical enterprise solutions as a backend engineer and forward-deployed tech lead. His expertise in AI and enterprise technology enables cutting-edge solutions and strategic impact at FINEXUS.
Jane Loo Chee Yuen
Chief Financial Officer
Jane Loo is the Chief Financial Officer of FINEXUS Group, joining in January 2023. Since then, she has restructured the Accounts team, streamlined processes, resolved legacy accounting issues, and strengthened IFRS, tax, and corporate governance compliance.
She also brings over a decade of solid finance leadership. Previously, she spent more than six years with two Main Market-listed groups (2017-2022), including three years in a property and asset management company and three years in an oil and gas infrastructure construction group, where she supported the CFO and CEO in governance and strategic decision-making.
At a large GLC (2009-2016), she spent eight years in Group Finance Reporting, where she led a major system migration in 2013 that enhanced group consolidation and reporting efficiency across multiple complex entities, demonstrating her expertise in large-scale financial operations.


Ng Kim Wui
Director of Regulatory Payments
Ng Kim Wui, Director of Regulatory Payments at FINEXUS, spearheads the development and delivery of regulatory payment systems, central bank projects, and digital payment solutions for banks. He has executed multiple central bank initiatives, integrating bank systems with major payment networks, including RENTAS, DuitNow, and SWIFT.
Over the past five years, he and his team have transitioned FINEXUS’s payment solutions from on-premise to a SaaS model — enhancing compliance, efficiency, and support for banks. This approach enables banks to manage their systems effectively while FINEXUS maintains oversight of its solutions.
As the Head of Department, he aligns the Regulatory Payments team with FINEXUS’s digital transformation strategy, advancing automation and innovation to deliver secure, future-ready payment solutions that meet the banking industry’s evolving needs.
