  • Provided regulatory reporting for the Malaysian banking industry, compliant with the central bank of Malaysia, PayNet, PIDM, and Credit Reporting Agencies
  • Built gateways to connect with Real-time Electronic Transfer of Funds and Securities (RENTAS), Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS), DuitNow, Interbank GIRO (IBG), National Electronic Cheque Information Clearing System (E-SPICK), PIDM, National Statistical Reporting System (NSRS), External Sector Submission (ESS), and CRAs including Credit Tip-Off Service (CTOS), Credit Bureau Malaysia (CBM), and Financial Information Services (FIS) interfaces

Shared Services Outsourcing Technology (SSOTech) for banks and financial institutions
  • Built 2 Data Centres in Malaysia, compliant with Tier III (99.95%) by Uptime Institute, PCI DSS L1, BNM's RMiT, and aligned with PayNet cybersecurity requirements
  • Started Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) SaaS: Card and Payments platform, e-commerce payments, ATM switching, and 3DS

  • Started e-wallets, cards, and payments
  • Obtained E-money licence from BNM, Visa, Mastercard, DuitNow, and Alipay+

SaaS on Finexus Cloud

Hosted all services on Finexus Cloud, certified under PCI-DSS L1, BNM's RMiT, ISO 27001, Tier III by Uptime Institute, and compliant with PayNet cybersecurity requirements
  • Services included regulatory reporting and payments, card management system and payments, and e-invoicing
  • Delivered end-to-end SaaS covering business process operations, regulatory compliance, IT operations, application hosting, virtualised infrastructure, physical networks, and facilities.

LHDN E-invoicing on Finexus Cloud

  • Started LHDN approved, MDEC accredited, and OpenPeppol-ready e-invoicing solution in Malaysia
  • Provided middleware, retail, and consumer app to request e-invoice
